Blast Protection reduces the knockback given by Wind Charges

If a player is wearing two or more pieces of Blast Protection four armor then the player won't be given knockback by the Wind Charge or Wind Burst from the Mace but a Breeze's Wind Charge will give the player a small amount of knockback

Possible Solutions:

1. Make it where Blast Protection doesn't reduce the knockback given by Wind Charges
2. Make it where Blast Protection doesn't reduce the knockback given by player Wind Charge's but protects from Breeze Wind Charge's

I don't know if this is a bug or an intended feature but please fix it Mojang otherwise I can't use the Mace's Wind Burst or Wind Charges in my world
