Crash upon Launch, Driver compatibility issue related to AMD drivers despite being entirely up to date

Actually affecting 1.20.1 and 1.19.2 but was unable to select those versions. Exit code 1 crash due to a driver issue when drivers are fully up to date. I do not have an earlier version to roll back to. I believe this is an AMD integrated graphics issue but I currently have no drivers to roll back on

What I expected to happen was...:
Minecraft should launch entirely normally as there are no mods installed, just Forge. Vanilla minecraft is launching completely normally. 

What actually happened was...:
Exit Code 1 crash, indicating that Java is interacting with both my drivers and forge and is encountering an issue. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an instance of MC 1.20.1 in Curseforge.
2. Pick forge version 47.3.1, but this is occurring with every version of Forge
3. Launch Game from MC launcher

4. Immediate crash, yielding attached crash report.
