Wind charges do not anger Skeletons

I was playing around with the new update when I noticed this: When I hit a skeleton with a projectile, it tries to pathfind to shoot me. But, when I hit it with a wind charge, it did not try to pathfind to attack me. Is this intentional or a bug?
