Placing trial chambers structure with /place command does not generate chest loot

When using the /place command to generate the trial chambers structure, loot is consistently generated in all containers such as barrels, dispensers, and decorated pots. However, loot is not generated in chests in most cases. This issue seems specific to chests, as other types of containers correctly populate with their intended items.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the /place structure minecraft:trial_chambers command to generate a trial chambers structure.

2. Switch to Spectator mode to inspect the storage containers within the structure.

3. Note that barrels, dispensers, and decorated pots contain loot.

4. Observe that chests are mostly empty, lacking generated loot.
