Every interface's Recipe book button When you click once will keep highlighted

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a interface with a recipe book button
2. Click recipe book button
3. Move cursor away from the button

Observed Behavior:

The button will keep highlighted Even cursor is moved

Expected behavior:

When cursor is moved from the button, the button will no longer be highlighted
