Boats with components,"food:{using_converts_to}",can't be eaten correctly.

The Bug:

All Kinds of boats with the components,"food" CAN'T be eaten like any other items.The only thing to happen is that when I right cilck ,the boat on hand starts to shake,

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Type the Command:

/give @s minecraft:oak_boat[food=\{nutrition:1,saturation:0,using_converts_to:{id:"tnt"}}]

2.Select the Slot with the boat given from command.

3.Right Click,keeping for seconds.

 

Observed Behavior:

The boat is shaking and neither nutrition nor saturation aren't gained.{}

Expected Behavior:

The boat would be eaten and 1 nutrition is gained.

Plus:

This BUG also happens in 1.20.6.The boats cannot be eaten,neither.But Boats don't shake when right clicking.
