Java Edition will not open for new downloads and is glitched on MCL

This has been going on for most people that has bought Java in the past few months and it is happening with me also. When I bought the Java and Bedrock bundle from Minecraft Launcher it never said I bought Java and Bedrock and it is still locked, but under my microsoft account I own it and should be able to play it but when I try to launch Java from the microsoft store, it gives me the pop up to launch Java from MCL and when I click on the pop up for it to take me to the launcher, it just takes me to the xbox store to buy MCL even though I already own MCL and Java. This is not an in game bug but it is a bug with Java that needs to be fixed. I think this is only happening with windows I don't know for sure but it really needs fixing, I only bought MC for my PC for Java.
