Snowy taiga trees on chunk borders do not spawn snow properly

When snowy taiga trees are generating in a snowy taiga biome, the whole tree should be covered in snow.

However, as of right now, the snowy taiga trees will lose all of the snow off of the leaves that generate in a different chunk.
