Bundles with a max stack size greater than one can be used to duplicate items

The Bug:

Bundles with max stack sizes greater than one can be used to duplicate items.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself a bundle with a max stack size of 2 by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:bundle[minecraft:max_stack_size=2] 2

1. Take the stack of bundles and right click on an item to place it into the stack of bundles.
2. Hold right click and drag across the inventory to separate the stack of bundles.
3. Each bundle now has a duplicated copy of the item initially placed into the bundle.
