Unleashing a boat causes the dropped lead to move erratically for a few seconds

Steps to reproduce:

1. Leash a boat in Survival/Adventure mode.
2. Unleash it.

Observed result:
The lead moves erratically for a few seconds before it drops near the boat.

Expected result:
The lead drops normally when a boat is unleashed.
