Spreadplayers command with out of bounds spreadDistance causes server crash
When the command
/spreadplayers 999999 ~9999999999 0 50 false @r
is executed, the server attempts to load chunks that are well beyond the 30 million blocks limit. This causes the server (or client, if this is ran on a single player world) to crash.
Additionally, when running this command on a single player world with the 1.21-pre4 client, instead of crashing the client, it kicks you with the reason "Disconnected", and makes the world temporarily disappear from the world list. Attempting to join any other world will cause the loading process get stuck on 100%.
