I want the 15 anniversary cape of minecraft | I cant redeem it.

Basically, I went to the official Minecraft page, logged in and everything, but at the time of redeeming the 15-year anniversary creeper cape, I get that I have to buy Minecraft again, I say again because I have so much Bedrock like Java edition, purchased since 2014, any solution?

 
I am going to send 2 photos where I have proof of the problem and I don't know if they can do it manually and to have the option to change the name.

In the second image you can see that I have purchased Minecraft, but nothing works for me, I can't change name, skin, or cape.
