cannot join the realm again

What I expected to happen was...:
I expect to join my realm and play with my friend

What actually happened was...:
can't join to the realm because GDPR policy but I'm old enough to play the realm

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I don't about why it's happen but sometime I restart game and I can join again it's random to occur the issue
