Breezes no longer retaliate against mob when being attacked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a breeze and a warden/zoglin/Johnny vindicator.
2. Give the breeze Resistance and Instant Health.

Observed result:
The breeze doesn't retaliate when attacked.

Expected result:
The breeze retaliates when attacked.

Notes:
This does not affect Iron Golems.
