Buried Treasure Map acts as normal map

When finding a buried treasure map in a ship wreck it has the name of a buried treasure map but when its picked up its act like a normal map. So when its picked up its has the unopened map texture and when its activated it appear as a normal map not showing the location of the buried treasure
