When I start the minecraft launcher it says that my products do not appear

I have the minecraft bought a few years ago, but now when I try to play sale there was an error and it does not appear as if I had the minecraft purchased, it has been like this for a few days and it does not let me play, and I tried everything but nothing has worked, thank you I hope your help
