Trial Spawner texture culling opposite z-faces

The Trial Spawner block's texture gets culled incorrectly when a solid block opposes either the south or north face.

Graphics settings are set to fancy but this happens regardless of what it is set to.

We can see the texture for the bottom face not showing when a block is touching, which appears to be the expected behavior, however, the block touching the north side is culling the face on the south side.
