End crystals sometimes don't render after traveling through end gateways

To reproduce

1. Kill ender dargon generates end gateway.
2. Placing end crystals.
3. Enter the end gateway.
4. Check if the end crystals exists.

   /data get entity @n[type=minecraft:end_crystal] 

1. Destroy the end crystal to confirm.
