Swords do not properly display attack damage when given an enchantment higher than the default max level.

Steps to reproduce

1) Use command to obtain a diamond sword with an enchantment higher than a default max enchantment.

/give @p minecraft:diamond_sword[enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:sharpness":20}}] 1 

• The sword still does damage correctly but the "attack damage" text used to show how much damage a sword would do with custom enchantments. Now only shows the default damage on that weapon when enchanted with sharpness higher than the default max.
