Placed boats/rafts no longer face the same direction as the player

Placing a boat/raft on water makes it face a direction different to that of the player, unless placed when the player's yaw is exactly 0. Placing it on land makes it visually face that direction for half a second and then turn to the correct direction.

How to reproduce:

1. Move your camera so your yaw is not 0.
2. Place a boat/raft.

Expected result:

The boat/raft would face in the player's direction.

Observed result:

The boat/raft faced a different direction to that of the player.
