Z-fighting occurs with overlapping banner names on maps

Banner names displayed on maps can z-fight.

Steps to reproduce

1. /give @s minecraft:white_banner[minecraft:custom_name="Lovely"]

2. Place the banner twice
3. Use a map on both banners

Observed outcome: Z-fighting.
Expected outcome: Z-fighting should be absent.
