Withers spawned from spawn eggs don't play the spawning animation

This might be intentional, but reporting just in case. When you spawn a wither using a spawn egg, it doesn't play the spawning animation.

Steps to reproduce

1. /give @s minecraft:wither_spawn_egg

2. Use the spawn egg

Observed result: The wither does not play its spawning animation.
Expected result: The spawning animation should play.
