While sneaking, you cannot shear bee nests, beehives, or pumpkins, unlike with weeping vines, twisting vines, kelp, and cave vines

While sneaking, you're unable to utilize shears on bee nests and beehives to collect honey, or on pumpkins to carve them. This seems unintended, as such actions are typically considered item usage rather than block interactions. Notably, other actions such as creating dirt paths, tilling with a hoe, or stripping with an axe function normally while sneaking. However, the 1.18 update (snapshot 21w37a) introduced a feature allowing shears to be used on twisting vines, weeping vines, kelp, and cave vines to set their age block state to 25, preventing growth. This action works just fine while sneaking, suggesting that shearing beehives, bee nests, and pumpkins should also function while sneaking.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place some kelp
  2. Place a twisting vine
  3. Place a weeping vine
  4. Place a cave vine
  5. /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:bee_nest[honey_level=5]
  6. /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:beehive[honey_level=5]
  7. Hold shears
  8. Sneak
  9. Try to use the shears on all of these blocks

Observed outcome: While sneaking, you're unable to use shears on beehives, bee nests, and pumpkins, but you can use them on twisting vines, weeping vines, cave vines, and kelp.
Expected outcome: You should also be able to use shears on pumpkins, bee nests, and beehives while sneaking.
