When using a brush on suspicious blocks, the item depicted on the block remains briefly visible even after the item has been dropped

When employing a brush on suspicious blocks, it showcases the item on the block's corresponding side. Following a brief interval, the item is dropped. Yet, the item depicted on the block vanishes one tick after being dropped, resulting in a momentary visual duplication. This phenomenon is more evident with a low tick rate but can still be observed at normal speeds, particularly when viewed in slow motion.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Obtain a brush
  2. /setblock ~ ~ ~ suspicious_sand{item:{id:"minecraft:furnace_minecart",count:1}} replace
  3. /tick rate 5
  4. Use the brush on the suspicious sand
  5. Wait until the dusted block state is set to 3
  6. /tick rate 1
  7. Continue using the brush on it

Observed outcome: The displayed item remains visible for one additional tick after it has been dropped, resulting in a brief period of visual duplication.
Expected outcome: The hiding of the displayed item and its dropping should occur simultaneously within the same tick.
