Relates to MC-173730, MC-205914 and MC-113525. When sneaking and right clicking using a flint and steel or fire charge on unlit campfires, soul campfires, candles, or candle cakes, the block ignites rather than placing fire next to it. This behavior might be deliberate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set down an unlit campfire, unlit soul campfire, unlit candle, and unlit candle cake
2. Acquire a flint and steel or a fire charge
3. Sneak
4. Click the placed blocks with the right mouse button

Observed result: The campfires, candle, and candle cake ignited.
Expected result: Fire should have been placed adjacent to the block.
