When utilizing a brush on suspicious sand or gravel, the resulting item spawns too high. This discrepancy is particularly noticeable in the desert well, since the item is at the water surface too quickly. The item always seems to spawn at Y-coordinates with the decimal places of .625.

Steps to reproduce

1. /setblock ~ ~ ~ suspicious_sand{item:{id:"minecraft:furnace_minecart",count:1}}

2. Use a brush on it
3. Stand on sand

4. /place feature minecraft:desert_well

5. Use a brush on the suspicious sand

Observed result: The item spawns too high, causing it to fall (except in water like in the desert well).
Expected result: The item spawns on the ground.
