Riptide tridents cannot break end crystals

Relates to MC-133515. Riptide tridents cannot break end crystals.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place an end crystal
2. Obtain a riptide trident
3. Propel yourself towards the end crystal using the riptide trident

Observed Outcome: Passing directly through the end crystal without shattering it.
Expected Outcome: Breaking the end crystal and experiencing a loss of momentum, similar to attacking mobs or players with riptide.
