Pufferfish do not employ held items while attacking other entities in combat

In contrast to other mobs, pufferfish do not wield held items during their attacks on entities. Whether this is a feature request or an intentional design choice is at the discretion of Mojang to determine. Notably enchantments such as Fire Aspect are not utilized by pufferfish.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be in survival mode

2. /summon pufferfish ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:iron_sword",count:1,components:{"minecraft:enchantments":{levels:{"minecraft:fire_aspect":1}}}},{}]}

Observed outcome: The pufferfish did not wield the sword and did not ignite you.
Expected outcome: The pufferfish should utilize the sword and ignite you.
