Feeding a cookie to an invulnerable parrot in survival or adventure mode will still result in the parrot being poisoned

Relates to MC-117593, MC-117703, MC-117643 and possibly MC-117589, MC-117667 and MC-211526. Feeding a cookie to an invulnerable parrot in survival or adventure mode won’t kill it as expected. However, it still causes the poison effect, even though invulnerability usually prevents effects from being applied. The type of damage inflicted on parrots when fed a cookie is categorized as player_attack.

Steps to reproduce

1. /summon minecraft:parrot ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable:1b}

2. Obtain cookies
3. Be in survival or adventure mode
4. Feed that parrot with a cookie

Observed Result: The parrot exhibits the poison effect, indicated by the visible particles.
Expected Result: The parrot should not have the poison effect.
