Extinguishing fire or soul fire with a splash water bottle doesn't play the minecraft:block.fire.extinguish sound. Extinguishing campfires, soul campfires, candles or candle cakes with a splash water bottle plays an extinguishing sound as expected. Relates to MC-134895.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place fire and soul fire
2. Throw a splash water bottle at it

Observed result: No extinguishing sound was played.
Expected result: An extinguishing sound should be played.
