Enchanted arrows lose their enchantment glint when shot onto the ground

Relates to MC-161976, MC-270553, MC-16829 and MC-1981. The fix for MC-1981 causes enchantments to be stored on the arrow. When you shoot an enchanted arrow, the enchantment glint does not render on the shot arrow. MC-161976 is a similar issue that was considered valid. It's crucial to mention that the enchantment glint remains visible on other projectiles like snowballs, eggs, ender pearls, and fireworks as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. /give @s minecraft:arrow[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:mending":1}}]

2. Shoot the arrow

Observed result: The enchantment glint does not render.
Expected result: The enchantment glint should render.
