Duplicating Leads with Boat Portal Travel

Other than the issue in MC-272625 where your game will crash when pulling leaded entities through. I found that if you lead boats through a portal (using packed ice so the boat can travel through the portal before you), it'll drop the lead once outside the portal in the overworld and drops another lead in the nether. Thus, duplication of leads.

Steps To Produce:
1. Put a lead on a boat.
2. Make that boat go through the nether portal before you do (easiest with packed ice.)
3. Pick up the lead that the boat dropped before going through the portal (the lead also may travel through the portal to the nether.)
4. Go to the nether.
5. You will pick up another lead just outside the portal, now you have two leads.
