Unable to teleport using enderpearl while riding another entity

If you are riding an entity (horse, pig, etc) and throw an ender pearl, you will briefly teleport to where the ender pearl has landed, and then will immediately rubberband back onto the entity being ridden. Player still takes damage from the ender pearl hitting the ground.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tame a horse, or any other rideable entity
2. Ride it (saddle not necessary for horses)
3. Throw an ender pearl

Bug affects both Survival mode and Creative mode
