Mip-mapping not properly applied to moss carpet

Moss carpets, unlike other carpet types, do not have mipmapping properly applied to them.

Screenshot provided highlights that Moss (1) shares behavior with Green Wool (3) and Green Carpet (4), but Moss Carpet (2) does not.
