Inconsistent behavior involving tridents launched by ominous item spawners and dispensers

When being launched by an ominous item spawner, tridents will be launched in projectile form. However, when being launched by a dispenser, they still shoot out in item form. This behavior is inconsistent with each other and with how Bedrock allows for tridents to be launched as projectiles from a dispenser.
