The Bug:

The "minecraft:block.portal.travel" sound isn't played when traversing dimensions via ender pearls.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Construct a nether portal and obtain an ender pearl.
2. Throw the ender pearl into the nether portal and listen closely as you are teleported.

Observed Behavior:

The "minecraft:block.portal.travel" sound isn't played.

Expected Behavior:

The "minecraft:block.portal.travel" sound would be played.
