Sensitivity bar has weird jumps

The sensitivity bar has weird jumps. You cannot have 124 or 143 sensitivity, for example. 

 

UPDATE - It appears that the sensitivity bar has weird gaps depending on where you start. If 124 shows up for you, 125 might not, or possibly 122.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the settings menu from the main screen
2. Go into controls
3. Go into Mouse Settings
4. Go to 123 sensitivity via the arrow keys
5. Try to go to 124
6. It jumps straight to 125.
