Raid omen effect icon texture issues

The 2 pixels marked in green are using the iron axe colors despite being part of the illager's head

 
The bottom half of the head (the part under the eyes) is still using programmer art as a base, this was reported in MC-269949, but only the top half was fixed

left is vanilla and the programmer art illager part that its using

right is a fixed one with the updated texture illager part that it should be using
