Invisibility Glitch on Death

Whenever someone is killed while they're invisibile, they remain invisible forever.
And during these times, some don't have invisibility swirl/effects appearing.

Deaths caused by potions have a tendency to create this bug as well.

Only two known solutions, in game, to this problem is to either kick the person or heal them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drink a invisibility potion. Either 3 minute or 8 minute. (Not a splash potion, it does not cause this bug)
2. Have a sword or bow or even potions kill you.
3. On respawn, walk around and you instantly disappear.
