MC-272489You can not remove ominous_bottle_amplifier from an Ominous Bottle
If you give yourself an ominous bottle with the command:
/give @s minecraft:ominous_bottle[!minecraft:ominous_bottle_amplifier]
you are still able to drink the bottle and get Bad Omen.
