Wind Burst knockback is reduced by Blast Protection.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hit a mob with a Mace enchanted with Wind Burst while falling. Note the amount of knockback.
2. Equip a piece of armor with Blast Protection IV
3. Hit a mob with a Mace enchanted with Wind Burst while falling. Note the amount of knockback.

Observed result:
The knockback is lower with Blast Protection IV armor equipped.

Expected result:
The knockback is the same regardless.
