minecraft 15th birthday cape

After receiving the Minecraft 15th Anniversary cape, I didn't get it on the Java edition, I only got it on the Bedrock edition. and I would really like this cape for Java edition
Steps to Reproduce:

1. check my account
2. add 15th anniversary cape

3. Let's celebrate Minecraft's 15th birthday together

Observed Results:
I did not receive the cape for Java edition
Expected Results:
I would like the cape for the 15th anniversary to be added to my account on java edition account
