Animation missing

I just found a bug (it was here from like alpha 1.0.0 to 1.20.6) witch i think everyone has found before but i cloud not find a report of it here. So i decided to create it!

there is no eating animation on java versions of the game, but it is on bedrock... please fix this is 1.21.
