Players spawn one block above the obsidian platform when entering an end portal

When entering an end portal, an obsidian platform is created at Y coordinate 48. Previously, the player would spawn in the middle of this platform at Y coordinate 49, placing them directly onto the platform. However, now, the player is spawned at Y coordinate 50, placing them a block above the platform.

This effect can best be observed by creating an end portal, then entering flight in creative mode. Flight is persisted across the dimensional travel, so the player will be flying in the air above the obsidian platform. While non-flight also has this issue, it can be harder to spot as gravity quickly takes into effect.

This issue does not affect Minecraft 1.20.6.

Note that end gateways returning to this obsidian platform have the same behavior, but this behavior existed prior to Minecraft 1.20.6. The exit position at Y coordinate 50 is also recorded within the end gateway's block entity data.
