gamerule.entitiesWithPassengersCanUsePortals.description says:

Allow entities with passengers to teleport through nether portals, end portals and end gateways.

As shown in other strings, at very least, the terms "the Nether" and "the End" should be capitalized.

Another spelling problem with the same string: MC-272315
