Trial Spawners do not play "reject_rewarded_player"

Changelog suggests that the latest snapshot "Added sound effect to help players understand they've already looted a vault", the sound effect can be seen in /playsound, however it does not seem to play in gameplay.

1. Loot Vault
2. Try looting the Vault again
3. Vault fails to reward because its already been looted, but no sound plays.
