Witches can't open doors

For some reason, ever since Witches were added, they still CAN'T open doors despite being intelligent enough to brew potions.

 

How to reproduce:

1. Put a door, ideally next to a hole so mobs will detect you.
2. Get a Witch to chase after you. Make sure there is a closed door between you and the Witch.
3. Observe that the Witch does not even open door.
