Unable to initiate dialogue with Kaqemeex to start the Druidic Ritual quest.

What I expected to happen: I expected to start the Druidic Ritual quest by talking to Kaqemeex in Taverley.

What actually happened: When I talk to Kaqemeex, the dialogue only displays "> Hello there <" and doesn't proceed further. I am unable to continue the conversation or start the quest.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new account without the Druidic Ritual quest started.
2. Talk to Kaqemeex in Taverley.
3. Notice that right-clicking or left-clicking Kaqemeex does not advance the dialogue.
