Using 'tick sprint' causes a greyed-out server message to show when complete

The Bug

Using the /tick sprint command shows a message that is not like other success messages (as per my knowledge), as it shows the text with the Server text and square brackets around the message, with the greyed-out italicized text. This is not necessary, as hovering over the white bar on the left side of the text already shows 'Server message'. See the image attached.

It would be expected that, like other success messages, it would show without the extra effects of an actual 'server message', as described.

How to Reproduce

Run the command below on a singleplayer world, and note how the success message shows with the effects listed above.
