Endermen holding vines do not render the bottom face

The Bug

Note: May be intended as Invisible826 stated, due to vines not having a down state.

Endermen that hold vines do not render the bottom face. This is inconsistent with glow lichen and sculk veins.

How to Reproduce

Summon an Enderman holding vines:

/summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {carriedBlockState:{Name:vine},NoAI:1b}

Compare this to an Enderman holding glow lichen or sculk veins:

/summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {carriedBlockState:{Name:glow_lichen},NoAI:1b}

/summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {carriedBlockState:{Name:sculk_vein},NoAI:1b}

Note how only the vines have the issue of the bottom face not rendering when held by an Enderman (when summoning it using a similar command as the glow lichen and sculk vein).
